Meridian police make an arrest in a robbery that happened Friday.
It happened at the Olde Towne Family Pharmacy on Poplar Springs Drive at around 11 a-m.
Police say the suspect in this robbery is also responsible for six other robberies in the area.
"Johntavus Neal; once we got him back to the station, we talked to him about that robbery. The firearm he used matched up to some previous robberies.
Through the whole process of CID doing what it's supposed to be doing during the interview process, Mr. Neal also confessed to multiple other robberies, and they were the Cefco robberies," Sgt. Dareall Thompson said.
20-year-old neal faces a 500-thousand-dollar bond for each of the seven counts of armed robbery.
