Mississippi State and the Riley Foundation have done much to make our downtown area look stunning. Most everyone will know the work on what is now the MSU-Riley Performing Arts Center, and yesterday the university dedicated the newly renovated Kress building as Alfred Rosebaum building.
Did I mention there was ice cream?
