Meridian police responded to a domestic shooting last night. It happened in the 5700 block of 5th street around 7 p.m. The shooting suspect, Jule Boler, appeared in court today. Police say Boler and a man he knew got involved in an argument. They say Boler pulled out a gun and fired 13 times, hitting the man once in the back. The man was transported to the hospital where his injuries were not life threating. During the preliminary hearing, Boler’s bond was set at $75,000. His case will go before a grand jury on October 30.
