Absentee voting underway in Meridian

MERIDIAN, Miss. - Absentee voting began today for the June 8th General Election. Residents can vote absentee Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon on the first floor of Meridian City Hall.

June 5th is the deadline for in-person absentee voting. Absentee ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Tuesday, June 8th. To request an absentee ballot application by mail or learn more information on absentee voting, call 601-485-1946.
