Meridian MS - It’s time again for the Annual Threefoot Festival in the city of Meridian. Community development director Craig Hitt explains all the festival has to offer. “Tonight, they’ve got a concert here on the city hall lawn, and all day tomorrow they’ll have the vendors set up downtown with their arts and crafts.”
He says it’s a great time for those who haven’t been to the festival before. “It’s a great opportunity to get out, get downtown, and see folks, you know we can expect two to three thousand folks to be downtown tomorrow visiting and buying from the vendors.”
Justus Steele of Meridian told us what he enjoys most about the festival. "The groups of artists showing the kind of unique things they make, and also the food is just delicious, it’s just a good time."
The festival is scheduled to kick off tonight at 6pm and be continued through tomorrow.
