Meridian, MS - Holiday Shopping is in full swing, causing many people, like Krishna Moore of Forest Mississippi, to be on the lookout for great prices and deals. “Everybody is trying to budget this time of year.”
While most people may like going out to stores to see what they can find. Krishna prefers to shop online. “It’s just the convenience of it, so I like to do a lot of the Cyber Monday’s and Black Friday’s.”
Speaking of convenience, Casey Naylor of Meridian emphasized the importance of still being able to find good deals in today’s economy. “Just the simple things, you know you can be happy with just those things.”
Naylor also expressed the importance of budgeting, not just for the holidays, but in general. “It’s about being wise, we know there are going to be stormy days ahead, and you must also be able to put back for those rainy and stormy days.”
As the Christmas holiday is drawing near, shoppers in the community are still out to get that last-minute shopping done and see what deals they can find.
