COVID-19 testing site for Newton, Kemper Counties

Residents of Newton and Kemper County can be tested for COVID-19 on Monday, September 14th from noon to 7PM.

The Mississippi Emergency Management and the Mississippi National Guard are partnering with the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the Mississippi Department of Health to coordinate mobile testing sites.

Newton County residents will be tested at 15776 Highway 15, Decatur; while Kemper County residents will be located at 14431 Highway 16 East, DeKalb.

Those who wish to be tested are asked to set up an appointment by calling the UMMC Center for Telehealth at (601) 496-7200 and answer an online questionnaire regarding symptoms.
