Demolition of The Old Village Fair Mall Continues

Architects with LPK Architect, presented a possible layout of the new Lauderdale County Government Complex. The plans were presented at the Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors meeting today.

The new courthouse will sit where the Old Village Fair Mall was located on 22nd Avenue. Demolition of the mall began last month and is expected to be complete before the end of this month. The complex is currently expected to be a 2-story building that will sit on a portion of the 39-acre plot.
