Philadelphia, MS - Dolly Parton fans had a chance to see the singer perform in Philadelphia Mississippi this weekend.
Dolly performed at the Ellis Theater to support Marty Stuart’s Congress of Country Music.
A new mural inspired by one of Dolly’s songs, was also unveiled. The mural displays colorful wildflowers, along with the lyrics to Parton’s famous song “Wildflowers.”
The painting is the first of a collection of floral paintings celebrating the culture of country artists, country music and heritage behind it.
