MERIDIAN, Miss. - Dusty’s Social Service Club is partnering with Vitalent to host a community blood drive. The drive will be held this Saturday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the old Justice location at Uptown Meridian. Donors will receive a free T-shirt and other goodies for their donation. Dusty’s is a community service club made up of Lauderdale County 9th through 12th grade girls.
“It’s very important to have this blood drive because there are a lot of sick people now more than ever and Dusty’s has a large number of girls and we can definitely contribute to the blood drive. So it’s a great thing for this community.”
