East Mississippi Electric Power Association, also known as EMEPA has decided to shut their offices in efforts to keep their customers and employees safe. The decision was made over the weekend to no longer offer walk-ins, instead the option to pay your bills through the drive-thru.

Director of Marketing and Communication, Julie Boles told us why the shut was important to the company.
“With the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus back in our community. In the best interest of our employees, our members and the public in general. We are still working to provide service to our community. It is very important that we provide a healthy workforce.”
EMEPA has also the options of :
•Paying by draft
•Kiosk located at each office
•EMEPA mobile app
•By phone (601)-581-8600
