EMEPA sends crews to Southwest Electric following Hurricane Delta

East Mississippi Electric Power Association sent 18 linemen, servicemen and engineers to Southwest Electric Power Association, headquartered in Lorman, Miss., to aid in power restoration efforts following Hurricane Delta. 

Southwest Electric experienced a peak of over 22,500 outages following Hurricane Delta. The cooperative serves more than 25,000 meters in southwest Mississippi.
