Due to a COVID-19 outbreak amongst Clarke County Courthouse staff, the courthouse is currently limiting who can enter the building.

Signs are posted at each of the courthouses entrances, stating that although entrance to the courthouse is currently reduced, all services are still available. The signs also advise visitors to call the associated office they are seeking a service from. Somme visitors may be serviced outside of the courthouse depending on the assistance they need. As of now a date has not yet been set regarding when entrance to the courthouse will no longer be reduced, but the Clarke County Board of Supervisors will decide on a date at a meeting on Monday, October 19.
