Governor officially declares today as "Patriot Day."

Meridian, MS - Flags were flown statewide today in remembrance of the lives loss on 9/11.

The executive order came from Governor Tate Reeves, who declared today as Patriot Day.

All American flags and state flags were to be flown at half-staff on all state building and grounds.

Patriot Day served as a day of remembrance and prayer across Mississippi.
