Meridian, MS - This coming Saturday is Household Hazardous Waste Day for Meridian residents.
Any items such as cell phones, tires, and used oil are what will be accepted.
This is a great opportunity to dispose of items that will damage the environment.
It will also help create a safe and healthier way of life for elderly people and the youth.
Residents can drop off their items at the North Hills Shopping Center or the Public Works Complex on October 7th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
