The Lauderdale County School District is conducting a surplus sale now through almost mid-July. The district is bidding to get rid of equipment they no longer use and use those profits to invest in new equipment.
“This list right here is a bid form and it has a list of all the items we’ll be selling located at every school in the district, says purchasing agent Susan McKee. “There’s information on here for you to call and contact the school so you can view the items. Once you go and look at the surplus we have for sale, you would put in a bid for it. Just like any other bid we take- you would complete this form, write the price you’re willing to pay.”
Bids will be open on July 7th at 10AM and they will sell the items to the highest bidder. Bidders can visit the Lauderdale County School District to receive a package or visit centralbiddy.com.
