Saint Paul United Methodist Church and Saint Elizabeth Methodist Church will be launching an online community clothes closet starting Monday, July 27th.
Customers can select up to seven items free of charge and pick up on Thursday and Friday of the same week, which will be contactless.
“It’s pretty much an effort to continue to offer people an opportunity to have clothing. Since the pandemic, quite a few of the clothes pantries have closed and roaming around the store has created an issue with social distancing,” says Pastor Eugene Boger. “So we created an online dynamic where you can log on-just as you are purchasing clothes online, select an item of clothing and you go through the process of developing a cart.”
Women, men and children clothing will be available, including shoes and accessories.
