Man Dies in House Fire

Today we are learning that a man died in a house fire that occurred over the weekend in Lauderdale County.

According to coroner Clayton Cobbler, 77-year-old William Crane died from smoke inhalation after his home near Skyland Dr. caught fire just before 6:00 a.m. on Saturday.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
