Marion, MS - The town of Marion is looking to help the community as children get ready to go back to school.
Marion police department will hold its annual “Stuff the Cruiser” back to school supply drive this Saturday.
Located at the Marion Police Department, Supplies will be given out from 8AM until they’re gone.
The police department will also be serving hot dogs & water.
“We’re not turning anybody away, we don’t care where they come from, this is not just a Marion event, this is East Mississippi, West Alabama, wherever they come from, long as we got supplies, they’re welcome,” said Chief Randall Davis
Supplies are available for Lauderdale and surrounding counties.
The police department says, Children must be present to receive supplies.
