Meridian Police make multiple arrests in robberies.

Meridian, MS - Meridian Police have made arrests for previous robberies.

30-year-old Darvion D. Earl was arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery for the June 26, and June 30, 2023, bank robberies of Citizens National Bank.

Earl was taken into custody without incident by the Meridian Police Department, MPD Special Operations Unit, the US Marshals, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

MPD has also 16-year-old Montae T. Dixon, for the robbery that occurred on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 3408 20th Street.

Dixon has been charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Earl’s bond has been set at $500,000.

Dixon’s bond has been set at $250,000 for each charge.
