Meridian Police seek assistance identifying suspect.

Meridian, MS - Meridian Police are asking for the assistance in Identifying a suspect following a shooting.

28-year-old Melvin Thaggard was shot and killed on Sunday in the Magnolia Court Apartments.

Thaggard died after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.
