Meridian Public School First Day Back!

Continuing with schools being back in session. Today Meridian Public school district reconvened. Magnolia Middle school is requiring all students and faculty wear to mask. Teachers believe this decision will keep this school year moving smoothly.
“It’s hard, none of us want to continue to wear them but we know to keep everybody safe and everybody well. It’s a necessity. We’re going to keep striving and hopefully, everyone understands that it’s important", 8th grade Inclusion Teacher, Diane Smith said.

Summer Bridges, 8th grade language arts teacher, informs parents that they school is doing everything they can to keep their children safe while they are away.

Schools in Meridian have done a great job adjusting to the first day back in school. COVID CDC guidelines are encouraged to be followed.
