Mississippi Department of Education to host virtual Alternate Route Fairs

The Mississippi Department of Education is set to host three virtual Alternate Route Fairs in July. These fairs are for aspiring teachers. Completing an alternate route teacher preparation is a requirement for those who wish to transition into teaching, but lack certification or license.

Each fair will be held via Zoom. Participants will hear presentations from three different colleges or universities in Mississippi.
