Offices begin moving into New Lauderdale County Government Center.

Meridian, MS - Lauderdale County Courthouse and annex building offices are slowly moving into their new facility.

Breaking ground in 2021, the facility off of 22nd Avenue, is now expected to be nearing completion. The tax assessor, justice court, and many other offices are now in the new building.

The Tax Collectors Office has also moved in but says they will not be open to the public until this Friday.
