Today in Clarke County, the Quitman School District has resumed its "Summer Feeding Program" after temporarily pausing it in June, due to a lack of student participation in the meal.

The Quitman School District Nutrition Department will be serving breakfast from 7:30 am to 8:30 am and lunch from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm via “Grab and Go” at the Quitman High School Cafeteria. All children ages 18 and under will be able to eat for free, and meals for the summer feeding program will be served Monday through Thursday. The Summer Feeding Program will end on July 30.
