Today, Rush Health Systems donated more than 5,000 reusable masks to the Meridian Public-School District.
The Meridian Public-School District received the donated masks from the from the North Hills Family Medical Clinic located on Hwy 39 North. The Meridian Public-School District plans to distribute the reusable cloth face masks to students on each of its school campuses, to help fight the spread of Covid-19.

“We appreciate our partners such as Rush Health Systems for helping us ensure that we’re keeping our students safe. In the middle of the pandemic, its important for our students to wear masks while they’re at school and also while they are out in the community and so this makes that a little bit easier for our students with the donation of the masks,” said Amy Carter, MPSD Superintendent.
Rush Health Systems is donating 40,000 adult and children’s reusable face masks to more than 15 school districts, and two local colleges.
