Rush Health Systems partners with PHI Air Medical

Rush Health Systems has announced a partnership with PHI Air Medical Mississippi, to provide PHI Air Medical with blood for air lifted patients in need of immediate life-saving transfusions.

Through this partnership, PHI Air Medical Mississippi will now carry blood on its missions to support improved outcomes for patients they transport, who have traumatic injuries or other conditions that require transfusions.

To recognize their expansion of services, Rush and PHI Air Medical will be holding a blood drive on Thursday from 12:30pm - 6:00p.m. at the Knights of Columbus main hall on Highway 19 north.
