Southern-Style Restaurant now open at Pearl River Resort

CHOCTAW, Miss. (January 21, 2021) – Pearl River Resort is pleased to announce the grand opening of a new restaurant, Mama ‘n’ Em Southern Table and Bar. The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was held on January 21st at 11:30am.

“It’s a casual and comfortable atmosphere, our restaurant staff even wear blue jeans”, said Sonny Johnson, President and CEO of Pearl River Resort. “And the menu is very diverse; you’ll find fresh Gulf seafood like redfish and oysters as well as standard fare like fried chicken, dumplings, meatloaf, burgers, and thick cut bologna sandwiches. There’s truly something for everyone.”

Located in the Golden Moon Casino, Mama ‘n’ Em adds another dine-in/carry-out option for guests of Pearl River Resort. The charming décor includes butcher paper table coverings and wooden barrels. You might even spy a little moonshine behind the fully stocked bar.
