Suspect arrested in shooting.

Philadelphia, MS - Police in Philadelphia, MS have made an in this morning shooting.

23-year-old Jatarrius M. Kelly is charged with 1st-degree murder in the shooting death of 26-year-old, Lamontae Salley 26 of Eupora.

Kelly is currently being booked into Winston Jail. His Bond has not been set.
