It has now been a few weeks since the Supreme Court’s Historic Decision to Overturn Row vs Wade. The decision has left many individuals feeling a lot of different emotions. Center for Pregnancy Choices says since the ruling there has been an increase in women reaching out for help.

"Well, June in general has been a busy month. We had roughly 175 calls come through to our crisis line, and we had about 40 new clients come in that month. So it being July, we are really excited to have new people come through because that's new families that we have an opportunity to minister to their needs, " said Executive Director of Center for Pregnancy Choices, Sara Smith.
The Overturn of Roe vs Wade has left many expecting mothers looking for a place that provides help and moral support.
"It's more than just pregnancy counseling here. We do a lot of meeting physical needs, material needs, emotional support, and getting people connected in the community," said Smith.
In the aftermath of the Overturn, the Center has seen a dramatic increase in people requesting their services said smith which provides them the opportunity to serve as many mothers as they can.
"I feel like there's another opportunity, a greater opportunity for us to serve, which is a little demanding because we don't have a huge staff here. I know that it's energizing for me to know that many people need help because that's something that I can do," she said.
With the influx of people coming in, Smith says that they have received an outpouring amount of support from the Community reaching out wanting to help.
Smith said," They're calling all the time saying, how can I help? What can I do to get involved? Maybe they don't have the time or they don't have the availability to come through and help with pregnancy counseling. But maybe they have talent or treasure or connections in the community where they can help us get supplies in through our doors."
Center for Pregnancy Choices says they soon plan to become a Pregnancy Clinic where Medical staff will be available to provide ultrasounds and nursing services.
