This Saturday, Threefoot Brewing Company will host its 3rd annual Oktoberfest.
The event will be held at both the Threefoot Brewing Company and Meridian City Hall Lawn.
Co-owner, John Purdy, told Twin States News all about the upcoming event.
“Oktoberfest is an annual festival that takes place around the world really. It originated in Germany, and we are going to celebrate our Oktoberfest this Saturday. We’ll have German food. We’ll have German beer in addition to the other beer that we make here.”
Not only is this a beer festival, but the Threefoot Brewing Company also has activities planned for the people to enjoy.
“We’ll have German music playing on the hour, every hour. We’ve got some competitive games where you’ll get a chance to win some prizes," says Purdy.
Threefoot Brewing Company will open its doors at 11 Saturday morning and will stay open until 10 p.m.
The activities on City Hall Lawn run from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
