Uptown Meridian host job fair

Meridian, Miss. - Uptown Meridian will be hosting a job fair this Friday, May 14th from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. Various businesses from Ulta Beauty to Structural Steel will be participating, all looking to fill positions immediately. Marketing Director, Debby Delshad says employers are eager to put the community back to work.

“In visiting with my tenants one of their biggest challenges is finding employees. It’s just tough to staff your company now, there’s not a lot of people applying for jobs, so hopefully, if you are a hard worker and you’re looking for a job you’ll come out and see us on Friday and there are management positions that are available, not just service prepositions so hopefully everyone comes out and enjoy it, said Delshad.”

The job fair will be held at Center Court at the Bonita Lakes Mall. The public is strongly encouraged to attend.
