West Alabama Works launches childcare database

The West Alabama Works has launched a childcare database to help working parents as they search for childcare solutions during the pandemic.

Parents can simply go online to find the best service available for their child.

“Our team has really been working hard to call and verify,” says West Alabama Works Executive Director Donny Jones. “So a lot of people that are on there-the companies and the agencies have open spots. That’s the other thing we were trying to do is constantly keep that updated. We’ve all got to work together and really come together, be patient and try to do the best that we can during the situation until we get something where our schools can open fully hopefully later in the year.”
