West Alabama Works partners with AIDT to host leadership training

West Alabama Works will be hosting a virtual leadership training tomorrow from 8AM to 4PM, West Alabama Works has partnered with Alabama Industrial Development Training to continue providing leadership training for supervisors and managers across all industries in West Alabama.

The training began in 2019 and is a free session, but space is limited.

“We actually started doing these because the automotive industry leaders had approached us telling us that their mid level management didn’t have appropriate training,”says Communications and Marketing Coordinator Tara Bullock. “They had been really great front line workers, but as they got promoted, they didn’t really know how to manage people. So we partnered with them to offer it to those folks who needed it.”
