West Lauderdale High School celebrates the largest Signing Day in School History

Meridian, MS - 11 student-athletes have committed to continuing their education and sports careers at the college level. The students signed for multiple sports ranging from tennis, volleyball, softball, baseball, and soccer.

“We’ve got kids signing from lots of different sports, and the football team is doing great this year, they’re going to have some kids sign, so it’s been a really good senior class,” says Athletic Director Jody Hurst.

The students plan to attend several colleges including Meridian Community College, East Mississippi Community College, Jones College, Pearl River College, and the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
