Meridian, MS - A Meridian woman is under arrest for murder.
Around 7 a.m. Monday morning, MPD received a call saying that a black male was unconscious.
Meridian Police Department arrived on the 1800 block of 24th Street and found a man covered in blood.
They identified the victim as 65-year-old Billy Mitchell.
Pretoria Holt has been charged with the murder of Mitchell after surrendering to police, and her bond was set at $1 million.
